For a business that has received a notice

Let’s resolve this — clearly and fairly.

If Wusala has contacted you about an overdue invoice, you’re dealing with a professional firm that will treat you as a counterparty, not a target. Here is exactly what you can do.

Verify the debt

You're entitled to a complete breakdown — who the creditor is, the invoices, the amounts, and the supporting documents. Reply to your notice and we'll provide it.

Pay

Settle the invoice

Once verified, you can pay the creditor directly. We'll confirm receipt and close the matter. A secure payment option is coming to this portal.

Need time?

Propose a payment plan

If cash flow is the issue, tell us. We can put a reasonable instalment plan to the creditor for approval.

Disagree?

Raise a dispute

If you believe the amount is wrong or was already paid, send us the evidence — proof of payment, a credit note, or dispute correspondence — and we'll review it properly.

Our commitment to you

How we conduct ourselves.

We contact only you or your authorised representative, only during business hours, and never with threats or harassment. We do not disclose your debt to unauthorised third parties. Every communication is logged, and your data is handled under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. If you feel we’ve fallen short, our complaints route is in the Trust Centre.

Two things worth knowing, because they change how this conversation goes. We act as our client’s appointed credit-control function — not as debt collectors, and not to damage a commercial relationship that both sides usually want to keep. And no payment is ever made to us: any settlement is paid directly to our client, never through our accounts.

If the invoice is disputed, or there is a reason for the delay, tell us. Our first contact is always about establishing the facts — most matters are resolved at that stage, and a payment plan is very often the outcome. The commitments we work under are published in full in our Rules of Engagement.
